White Cap is hiring immediately for an Operations Leader Trainee in Santa Ana, CA. This Career Development Program offers on-the-job training, job shadowing, and leadership development over 12–18 months.

You will rotate through branch operations, learn customer service and management processes, and work with mentors to accelerate your career. Preferred candidates will relocate after the program, start between March and June, and demonstrate a proactive, energetic work ethic with strong

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate upon completing the program.
• Able to start the program between March and June.
• Driven to succeed with an energetic, professional, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Strong operations focus with ability to partner with customers to develop value-added solutions and lead or build a team.
• Strong communication skills and experience conversing with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Undertakes rotational assignments across branch operations with on-the-job training.
• Receives resources to ensure a successful long-term career path at White Cap.
• Participates in a tailored curriculum with leadership, operations, and systems training.
• Gains support from a Regional Advocate, Mentor, and process coaches.
• Gains exposure to Senior Leadership throughout the program.
• Presents a capstone project to White Cap leadership.
