Qualifications

• BS in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• 6+ years in Hardware Operations & Supply Chain with 4+ years in leadership.
• Analytical skills with experience in self-service BI reporting.
• Understanding of statistics, OR and optimization of transportation networks.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Proven leadership and process orientation; flexible working hours.
• Background screening as part of hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with leadership and business functions to drive operational activities and support objectives.
• Evaluate performance by collecting and interpreting data and metrics.
• Direct inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, and transportation quality management.
• Manage daily fulfillment with Verint’s third-party logistics providers.
• Coordinate planning, production, shipping, and procurement to meet orders and priorities.
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency measures.
• Own risks and decisions to balance competing priorities; monitor KPIs like OTD and MTTR.
• Negotiate with suppliers or customers to improve supply chain efficiency and sustainability.
