Reporting relationships vary by region, with multiple direct/indirect reports and travel to job sites as required. This role emphasizes leadership, safety training, and KPI management in a fast‑paced, field‑heavy environment.

Qualifications

• High School or GED Diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must be able to travel up to 40% with occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and drive strategic initiatives.
• Train and coach Service Managers and Technicians on efficiency and quality workmanship.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Ensure branch locations provide tools and training to support customer needs.
• Hire, lead, train, and manage Service Managers and conduct performance evaluations.
• Develop Service Managers to retain Technicians and staff.
• Ensure safety training is completed and KPIs are managed.
• Travel frequently to job sites/branches as needed.
