The role oversees P&L, resource planning, KPI leadership, and collaboration with sales, engineering, and site leadership to ensure top-tier performance and client success. Travel may be required; compensation includes base salary, bonuses, and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in clean rooms, robotics and automated machinery
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technologies or related
• Strong career progression with long-term roles
• Experience with semiconductor customers and projects

Responsibilities

• Align with installation leadership to develop resource plans
• Plan and execute strategies to optimize performance and customer satisfaction
• Work with GM and department managers to define KPI targets
• Lead departments to meet objectives and communicate across levels
• Support Site Safety Plans and safety program implementation
• Understand design and assembly requirements for fabrication machinery
• Collaborate with sales and engineering to meet objectives
• Manage P&L and budgeting for projects
• Create hiring and training plans to support projects
