Job summary

ProSearch Recruiting Partners is seeking a Director of Operations for a world-leading robotic machinery manufacturer on the Intel & Amkor sites in the Phoenix area. The role leads installation programs, drives KPI performance, and acts as the main point of contact for high-profile clientele.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in Clean Rooms, Robotics, and Automated Machinery, plus a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years of proven success in clean rooms, robotics, and automated machinery.
• Experience working with semiconductor clients and high-profile projects.
• Strong P&L or budget management experience exceeding $100M.
• Proven history mentoring teams and managing department managers.
• Ability to travel as needed and adapt in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and startup of multiple projects from concept through commissioning.
• Set site-wide performance standards and KPI targets with leadership teams.
• Coordinate with GM and department managers to align goals and achieve targets.
• Oversee safety programs and implement Site Safety Plans with Safety Team.
• Serve as main point of contact for high-profile clientele and drive customer satisfaction.
• Manage P&L and responsible for overall project financials.
• Create hiring, training, and HR plans to support projects.
