Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is assisting a client in Chandler/Phoenix, AZ to recruit a Director of Operations for on-site leadership of cleanroom and automation projects. The role oversees installation startups, P&L, and client relations on Intel & Amkor sites, with a base salary of $130,000–$160,000 plus bonus and profit share.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in clean rooms, robotics, and automated machinery, a Bachelor's in business/engineering, and a track record leading teams and achieving KPI

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven success with Clean Rooms, Robotics, and automated machinery.
• Experience in semiconductor environment.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong P&L or budget management experience.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and startup of multiple cleanroom projects from concept to commissioning.
• Set the precedent for optimal performance and customer experience on site.
• Define goals and KPI expectations with department managers and lead teams to meet them.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to meet objectives.
• Manage P&L and financial performance.
• Develop hiring, training, and HR plans to support projects.
