Job summary

Opportunity Partners, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director of Operations to scale packaging and kitting from $5M to $10M in annual revenue while maintaining quality and delivery excellence.

You will advance a recently implemented ERP, mentor an expanding operations team, and help design new inclusive work models as the company moves away from sub-minimum wage employment by 2028. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or related field (or equivalent).
• 10+ years of operations leadership experience in manufacturing/packaging environments.
• 5+ years leading managers/directors and building teams.
• Proven success with ERP systems and driving adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging, purchasing, planning, quality, and warehousing teams to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
• Drive performance via KPIs, accountability culture, and growth-supporting systems.
• Champion continuous improvement—lean practices and disciplined processes.
• Continue to build out and optimize ERP as the backbone of a growing enterprise.
• Meet with customers as a visible operational leader.
