Opportunity Partners, Inc. in Eden Prairie, MN, seeks a Sr. Director of Operations to scale our packaging and kitting operation from $5M to $10M in annual revenue while strengthening ERP usage and delivering excellence.

You will lead an integrated operations team, design future models for inclusive, compensated work by end of 2028, and partner with business development to extend growth across the Twin Cities. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on coaching to transform lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or related field.
• 10+ years of operations leadership experience in manufacturing, contract packaging, assembly, or job-shop environment.
• 5+ years leading managers and directors with team development.
• Demonstrated success with ERP systems and driving adoption.
• Track record of scaling operations and expanding capacity.
• Experience with warehousing operations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead packaging, purchasing, planning, quality, and warehousing teams to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
• Drive performance through KPIs, accountability culture, and systems to support growth.
• Champion continuous improvement—lean practices and process discipline.
• Continue to build out and optimize ERP as the backbone of a growing enterprise.
• Partner with Senior Director of Business Development to expand customer relationships.
• Design operational capabilities to scale from $5M to $10M in revenue.
• Meet with current and prospective customers as a visible operational leader.
• Work with Day Services leadership to ensure meaningful work for individuals supported.
• Lead the transition away from sub-minimum wage employment by end of 2028.
