Opportunity Partners, Inc. in Minneapolis seeks a Sr. Director of Operations to scale our packaging and kitting operation from $5M to $10M in annual revenue, while maintaining quality and delivery excellence.

You will deepen ERP use and shape what meaningful work looks like on the production floor. By end of 2028 we will transition away from sub-minimum wage employment; you will help design the new models for inclusive, compensated, purposeful work, and lead a team of managers and frontline

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or kaizen experience with practical results.
• Strong leadership of managers and cross-functional teams.

• Lead packaging, purchasing, planning, quality, and warehousing teams to meet customer requirements and timelines.
• Drive performance with KPIs and scalable systems supporting growth.
• Champion continuous improvement and ERP optimization.
