Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or related field.
10+ years of operations leadership experience in manufacturing, contract packaging, assembly, or job-shop.
5+ years leading managers and directors and developing leaders.
Demonstrated success with ERP systems and driving adoption.
Track record of scaling operations and expanding capacity.
Warehousing operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead packaging, purchasing, planning, quality, and warehousing teams to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
Drive performance via KPIs, accountability culture, and growth-supporting systems.
Champion continuous improvement—lean practices, process discipline, and open problem-solving.
Continue to build out and optimize ERP as the backbone of a growing enterprise.
