Job summary

United Rentals is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the delivery of quality service and maximize branch productivity. You will supervise daily operations, coach staff, and ensure safety and profitability while supporting sales and customer service excellence.

Collaborate with the Branch Manager to drive performance, safety, and adherence to company policies, with responsibilities including opening/closing, cash handling, and staff development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales and operational experience.
• 2+ years supervision and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in achieving financial objectives and policy compliance.
• Drive branch metrics by monitoring scorecards and coaching staff.
• Process rental quotations, reservations and contracts in line with policies.
