Job summary

Univar Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day terminal operations, supervise Yard Specialists and Operations Coordinators, and manage the department budget. You will work closely with the District Operations Manager and Transportation to deliver reliable service to customers.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of operations experience, knowledge of hazardous materials, ERP systems (SAP), and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years experience in operations.
• HazMat or Hazwoper knowledge preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and related safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily branch operations, budgeting, and planning.
• Supervises Yard Specialists and Operations Coordinators.
• Ensures safety, health, and environmental compliance.
• Maintains branch administration and customer communications.
• Manages inventory, maintenance, and quality assurance.
• Leads process improvements and staff development.
