Job summary

Univar Solutions is seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor to lead daily safe and efficient branch activities, including transportation, warehouse and tank farm operations. You will ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, conduct safety audits, and support budgeting and planning efforts.

You will supervise staff, perform incident investigations, coordinate training, and ensure orderly administration and paperwork for hazardous waste handling.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily safe, efficient, legal and economical operations of assigned branch.
• Facilitates compliance to corporate health, safety, and environmental affairs policies.
• Supports sales efforts consistent with standards.
• Conducts safety audits and incident investigations.
• Maintains branch performance updates and trend analyses.
• Leads daily pre-shift meetings and supervises staff.
• Coordinates day-to-day activities to meet goals.
• Ensures tool/training readiness for safety and operation standards.
• Oversees administration and paperwork for hazardous waste handling.
• Assists with budget and operating plan maintenance.
• Ensures customer requirements and orders are fulfilled cost-effectively.
