You will guide safety audits, pre-shift meetings, and supervision of Material Handlers in a fast-paced facility near St.

Paul, MN. Qualifications include a HS diploma (Bachelors preferred) and 3-5 years in operations, with SAP

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years experience in operations.
• Knowledge of chemical distribution facility operation.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word).

Responsibilities

• Facilitating compliance to health, safety, and environmental policies and training.
• Supporting sales efforts with regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Leading the branch's emergency response team.
• Supporting branch health and safety program and conducting audits.
• Conducting daily pre-shift meetings and communicating expectations to employees.
• Cultivating employee ownership of branch operations and creating a positive work environment.
• Participating in inspections by external agencies (DOT, EPA, FDA, DHS).
• Direct supervision for Material Handlers.
