ActionLink is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive the successful execution of high-impact retail merchandising programs for leading brands. Qualifications

• Business account management or related operations experience with direct client interaction.
• Ability to build and foster business relationships at multiple levels.
• Skilled at collaborating and problem solving with demonstrated critical thinking skills.
• Proven time management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead contact and decision-making authority for the execution of client project objectives.
• Support the achievement of key performance indicators for given projects by setting and managing all timelines with the client.
• Meet and interface directly with client reps to develop project timelines and ensure an executable process is in place to meet deadlines.
• Make strategic and corresponding tactical changes required to achieve program timelines.
• Communicate program goals and provide strategic communication and project oversight for all details within ActionLink management systems.
• Structure and execute project-specific quality assurance analysis.
• Assist with fulfillment orders and administration when needed.
• Report program performance results and initiate continuous improvements.
• Adhere to the guidelines of ActionLink's Travel and Expense Policies.
