Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee multi-site daily operations, drive efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role leads a team, manages processes, and executes strategies to grow sales and meet goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position requires strong communication, budgeting acumen, and hands-on leadership with a focus on safety, service, and team development across store, fuel, and restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with >$2M annual sales.
• 2+ years supervising 5–10+ employees.
• Intermediate computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations including store, fuel, food services.
• Ensure safe, clean facilities and safety checks.
• Drive sales through stock, inventory, and merchandising standards.
• Assist General Manager with task execution, scheduling, and reporting.
• Analyze profit and loss statements to improve opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
