Omnicom Media is seeking an Operations leader to partner with account leads in rolling out and managing multiple projects for our client. You will implement systems, processes, and tools to drive efficiencies and standardization across teams.
Responsibilities include implementing workflow tools (Asana), coordinating enterprise projects, data mapping, and QA budgets, while liaising with clients and vendors to ensure adherence to SLAs. Strong communication and 8+ years PM experience are required.

We are looking for a dynamic Operations leader who will be responsible for working with the account leads in operationalizing the rollout and management of several projects for our client. In this role, this person will correspond directly with internal, client, and agency partner teams and lead in building and implementing the systems, processes, and tools that drive efficiencies and power standardization.
The salary range for this position is posted below.
170,000-190,000
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
