You will shape strategies, oversee planning, supplier relations, and performance metrics to strengthen the supply chain. The role requires a strong background in regulated manufacturing, 10+ years in purchasing, and 5+ years of leadership, with CPSM/CSCP/CPP certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing purchasing or planning teams.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing (aerospace & defense preferred).
• Proven success in supplier negotiations and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end purchasing and supplier management across the supply chain.
• Develop and execute purchasing strategies aligned with production needs.
• Oversee material planning, inventory control, and supplier performance.
• Manage budgets, cost-reduction initiatives, and procurement policies.
