Job summary

The Operations Manager — Pain Center at Premier Health will oversee the Pain Center across MVH Main and MVH South, partnering with hospital leadership to deliver exceptional patient care and experience, operational excellence, and achievement of organizational goals.

This role leads day-to-day clinic and procedural operations, drives process improvements, regulatory readiness, staffing, and financial stewardship while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration is preferred.
• Nursing license in Ohio is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic and procedural operations across MVH Main and MVH South.
• Drive operational performance, regulatory readiness, and patient experience.
