• Experience in nonprofit operations and administration.
• 3–5 years in operations management, nonprofit administration, or HR.
• Experience with grants, budgets, contracts, vendors, or facilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations and internal systems.
• Develop and maintain organizational policies, procedures, and operational systems.
• Identify operational needs and recommend improvements as the organization grows.
• Ensure communication and coordination between departments and locations.
• Support strategic planning with the Executive Director.
• Oversee HR systems, onboarding, policies, and compliance.
• Supervise Lead Case Manager and ensure service delivery.
• Monitor program capacity, grants, and financial controls.
