Job summary

Clarity Testing Services (CTS) in Tarrytown, NY seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of its drug and alcohol testing and OSHA medical testing programs. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and travel between client sites and company locations as needed.

You will lead staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance, ensuring DOT/OSHA compliance, safety standards, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of operations management experience.
• Experience in occupational health, drug and alcohol testing, healthcare services, or regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all testing locations and mobile units.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow to maximize productivity.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, HIPAA and state regulations.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor quality assurance and manage budgets and expenses.
