Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies seeks a Senior Director, Laboratory Operations Management to lead clinical laboratory operations across multiple teams in a large healthcare environment. You will oversee laboratory leaders, quality, compliance, staffing, and operational performance.

You will drive CAP/CLIA accreditation, proficiency testing, and process improvements while ensuring training standards and staff competency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of healthcare/laboratory leadership experience.
• Experience leading managers or other leaders.
• CAP/CLIA accreditation experience is required.
• Proficiency testing oversight experience.
• Experience with credentialed medical laboratory staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead laboratory managers and multiple clinical laboratory teams.
• Oversee daily laboratory operations, staffing, budgets, and performance.
• Manage CAP/CLIA accreditation and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee proficiency testing, quality assurance, and process improvement.
• Maintain laboratory testing competency and training standards.
• Evaluate laboratory testing methodologies, processes, and technology.
• Partner with labor management, healthcare teams, and public health agencies.
• Lead regional and national laboratory initiatives and strategic projects.
