U-Haul is seeking a dedicated Assistant General Manager in Las Vegas to lead center operations and deliver exceptional customer service. As the assistant to the General Manager, you will oversee daily activities, allocate resources, coach staff, and ensure a positive first impression for every customer while advancing your career with U-Haul University and career development programs.

This role requires leadership, flexibility across shifts, and hands-on tasks like hitch installations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• Leadership experience in any form.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations of center in General Manager’s absence.
• Make moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources to appropriate projects.
• Manage and assign your team members to ensure that customers receive an excellent first impression and the highest quality of care.
• Miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches, brake controllers, etc.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
