Job summary

United Surgical Partners International is seeking a Business Office Coordinator for the Northeast Regional Surgery Center in Paramus, New Jersey. The BOC will assist with day-to-day operations, supervise Registration and Medical Records, and manage the office in the absence of the Administrator.

Candidates should have supervisory experience in a medical setting, preferably with knowledge of medical terminology and accounts receivable. The position offers a pay range of $28.96–$35.48 per hour along with various benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401k retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Experience with physicians is desirable.
• Knowledge of medical terminology required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the business office.
• Supervise Registration and Medical Records.
• Oversee hiring and training of staff.
• Maintain accounts receivable system.
• Reconcile cash receipts to the deposit log.
