Job summary

Exhibitus is seeking a General Manager in Surprise, AZ to provide strategic leadership for manufacturing, warehousing, purchasing, estimating, and project management, ensuring profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will lead departmental heads, optimize operations, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a culture of accountability and teamwork; evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple functions across manufacturing and operations.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and P&L experience.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop leaders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across levels.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for manufacturing, warehousing, purchasing, estimating, project management, and other operational functions.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and performance standards for efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet timelines and budgets.
• Lead departmental leaders and drive organizational performance across functions.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance to meet profitability goals.
• Prepare, review, and present reports on performance metrics and KPIs.
• Foster continuous improvement and a culture of accountability and teamwork.
