Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in general management, operations management, manufacturing, project management, or related leadership role.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple business functions, teams, and departments.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, financial reporting, and P&L management.
• Excellent organizational and strategic planning skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach to decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for manufacturing, warehousing, purchasing, estimating, project management, and other operational functions.
• Develop and execute business strategies, operational objectives, and performance initiatives that support company growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and performance standards that ensure operational efficiency, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects to meet customer expectations, budgets, and timelines.
• Lead and manage departmental leaders, including Project Managers, CAD Detailers, Production Manager, Warehouse Manager, and other key personnel.
• Direct recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
• Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes accountability, collaboration, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Manage company budgets, financial performance, resource allocation, and operational expenditures to meet profitability goals.
• Review and oversee project estimating activities to ensure pricing accuracy, cost controls, and successful project outcomes.
• Analyze operational and financial performance metrics and implement strategic improvements to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, suppliers, and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify business opportunities, improvements, and long‑term growth strategies.
• Monitor inventory, production capacity, labor utilization, and supply chain performance to ensure efficient operations.
• Resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Prepare, review, and present reports related to financial performance, operational efficiency, project profitability, productivity, warranty spend, and KPIs.
• Ensure all departments operate in compliance with policies, safety standards, and laws.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Represent the company professionally with customers, vendors, employees, and industry partners.
• Support business needs during evenings and weekends as required to meet demands.
