• Conduct daily huddles to drive efficiency and productivity across departments.
• Review performance data to identify areas for cost reduction or process improvement.
• Direct activities of production departments and ensure on-time project delivery.
• Prepare staff work schedules and assign duties; oversee staffing and training as needed.
