Job summary

Boerger LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in Minnesota to oversee manufacturing and supply chain functions. You will lead a team of about 20, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Finance to meet customer commitments.

The role reports to the President and offers significant autonomy to implement changes that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency across production, procurement, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience leading manufacturing and supply chain teams with P&L awareness.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, budgeting, and cost management.
• Ability to drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing and supply chain activities across multiple functions.
• Develop staffing plans, coach supervisors, and drive safety and quality.
• Manage budgets, track costs, and improve productivity and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Engineering, and Finance to align operations.
