• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or related field.
• 5–10 years of day-to-day production supervisory experience or operations management in manufacturing with multiple direct reports.
• Effective communication with all levels of associates, suppliers, and customers by phone, email, or in person.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time in full consistently.
• Lead daily huddles for efficiency and productivity.
• Review activity reports and performance data to measure productivity and cost, and identify improvements.
• Direct and coordinate activities of departments related to production.
• Prepare staff work schedules and assign duties.
• Oversee daily manufacturing floor activities and worker schedules; instruct supervisors as needed.
• Establish accountability and drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
