Job summary

Osmosis LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to translate strategic goals into floor-level execution across filling, shipping, and inventory. You will lead the Production Manager and frontline staff to drive cost discipline and compliance while optimizing processes in a dynamic production environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations leadership, strong GMP and regulatory experience, and hands-on expertise with NetSuite and RFSmart to improve visibility and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in operations management or related field.
• Experience with NetSuite and RFSmart; GMP/regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across filling, shipping, and inventory to ensure smooth workflow and optimal team performance.
• Lead the Production Manager and floor leadership team, including staffing and budget planning for seasonal or promotional volume swings.
• Monitor performance and productivity, provide coaching and development, and drive continuous improvement.
• Own department budget, forecast costs, and report spend to the COO with a focus on cost control and efficiency.
• Ensure international shipments comply with customs documentation and health and safety guidelines.
