Job summary

Sunrise Technologies Inc. in Raynham, MA seeks a Director of Operations to lead manufacturing, quality, procurement, health and safety, and facilities. You will drive strategic and day-to-day execution to meet business goals and growth targets.

You will report to the VP/GM and oversee production planning, supplier relations, global sourcing, and maintenance to ensure on-time delivery. Strong leadership and KPI-driven improvements are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Operations Management with 5–7 years in ops mgmt.
• Experience managing offshore, high-tech suppliers and vendors.
• Experience developing and qualifying new vendors/contractors.
• Experience in manufacturing: quality, production, sourcing, inventory and logistics.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience supervising and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage Documentation and Control System and improve processes and policies.
• Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
• Lead department with high performance and in line with policies.
• Schedule, prioritize, and assign work to supervisors; manage staffing.
• Develop, implement, and manage quality plans for inspections.
• Develop and manage vendors, purchasing, inventory and shipments.
