Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met.
• Manage production teams, supervisors, and technicians across multiple shifts.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including Lean, 5S, and process optimization.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve operational constraints.
• Prepare and manage budgets, staffing, and capital expenditure proposals.
• Build a high-performance, accountable, and engaged operations culture.
