Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or facilities management role.
• Knowledge of welding, overhaul/teardown, and compressor systems.
• Experience leading operations in industrial, oil & gas, fabrication, or service environments.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to set expectations and hold teams accountable.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends/holidays, as production demands

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across manufacturing, overhaul/teardown, test loop
• Manage and develop team members
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
• Plan and prioritize workload, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Drive accountability, execution, and performance across teams
• Monitor and report on key metrics (output, efficiency, quality, safety)
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
• Partner with sales and leadership to align operations with customer needs
• Support a culture of ownership, safety, and continuous improvement
