Job summary

Ilocatum in Lorain, Ohio, seeks an Operations Manager to lead the U.S. entity, overseeing manufacturing, central warehouse, finance, and support functions to deliver operational excellence.

You will partner with Sales, Product Management and HR to set annual plans, budgets, staffing, and performance metrics, while driving Lean initiatives and continuous improvement across production, quality, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, supply chain or related fields.
• Experience leading manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and finance functions.
• Proven ability to implement Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for production, warehousing, logistics, maintenance, quality, QHSE, finance and admin support.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports across Operations and Finance.
• Set annual plans, budgets, staffing plans and performance metrics.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement; manage KPIs and cost control.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety management; foster regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Finance and HR to support business objectives.
