Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, supply chain or related fields.
• Knowledge of and experience organizing effective business operations in a commercial environment.
• Knowledge of customer satisfaction factors regarding manufacturability, quality, return, risk management, etc.
• Experience with personnel management, implementing organizational changes, and safety/environment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, maintenance, quality, and QHSE functions.
• Develop and execute annual operational plans aligned with strategy and North American objectives.
• Monitor performance, budgeting, staffing, and cost control to meet targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service level agreements across operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Finance to support growth.
