Job summary

Commercial Metals Company seeks a supervisory professional to maintain a safe, efficient warehouse and production environment. You will lead teams, ensure safe operations, and coordinate with dispatchers to optimize loads and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrates integrity and leadership with strong moral character.
• Able to communicate expectations clearly and provide feedback.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment for employees and customers.
• Supervise employees and provide coaching to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with management to achieve warehouse and production goals.
• Collaborate with dispatcher to build cost-effective loads.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Oversee material receiving, storage, and shipping activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and operational standards.
