CMC invites qualified professionals to lead and supervise daily operations across trucking, shipping, and receiving. You will develop efficient strategies to boost productivity, maintain inventory integrity, and collaborate on budgets and business plans with the Area Operations Manager.

Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years of management experience in construction services, logistics, or manufacturing, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Formación

• 3-5 years of management experience in construction services, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and collaborative mindset with results-driven approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of transportation, logistics, material handling, and equipment maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise daily operations including trucking, shipping, and receiving.
• Develop and implement efficient operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Maintain branch inventory and minimize losses from fraud, quality issues, or miscounts.
• Collaborate with Area Operations Manager to develop forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering accountability and engagement.
• Resolve customer and employee issues promptly and professionally.
• Support sales objectives by ensuring timely and accurate product delivery and service execution.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, equipment condition, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in community engagement networking to enhance the company's reputation.
