Foundation Building Materials (FBM) is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily branch operations with a focus on safety, service, and results. You will guide warehousing, transportation, and customer service to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

The role requires 2+ years of management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Based in Albany, OR, this full-time position offers a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction materials and product distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years of management experience.
