You will develop frontline leaders, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with senior leadership to improve workflows and outcomes in a fast-paced legal services environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of functional experience in operations or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience leading teams.
• Experience using metrics and dashboards to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Supervisors, guiding performance and accountability.
• Own operational performance and achieve productivity, quality, and service goals.
• Translate objectives into operating plans with priorities and metrics.
• Establish and monitor functional KPIs using data to drive decisions.
• Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and escalate as needed.
• Develop Supervisors and strengthen frontline leadership capability.
