Timken is seeking an operations leader to oversee the Lovejoy plant in Downers Grove, IL. You will direct production schedules, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement with Lean principles.

Qualifications

• 7 years of supervisor/management experience preferred.
• Experience in lean manufacturing and process improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis from complex datasets.
• Experience using SAP and Excel for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead operative employees and oversee production operations.
• Develop and manage production schedules to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement across operations.
• Monitor costs and manage budget alignment with business plan targets.
