• Review reports and resolve problems to minimize costs and delays.
• Inspect machines and equipment for performance and utilization.
• Develop or revise standard operating practices and monitor compliance.
• Resolve worker grievances with HR when needed.
• Communicate effectively with non-finance colleagues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet deadlines.
• Adapt to data from multiple sources to solve problems.
• Identify key production questions and contribute as a team.
