Window Nation is seeking an Operations Manager for Installation Services to oversee the branch installation program, drive profitability, manage inventory and expenses, and elevate the customer experience across the installation lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will lead cross‑functional teams, mentor staff, and partner with regional leadership to implement SOPs and best practices while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of service industry experience.
• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• 3+ years experience in managing the financials of a branch/P&L
• Driving record that meets company’s insurance standards

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage the branch operational plan that meets the company’s goals and objectives.
• Manage the day-to-day activities that are required to maintain operations in a branch.
• Improve production adherence to schedule by monitoring downtime and efficiency, troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.
• Deliver on branch margin and profitability targets; increase revenue generation and profitability.
• Manage branch expenditures within budget guidelines.
• Analyze branch data and provide actionable solutions.
• Lead, develop and manage direct reports; recruit and onboard staff.
