Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple departments, drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales and meet goals.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in retail or travel-stop management.
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales ≥ $2M.
• 2+ years budgeting and P&L experience.
• 2+ years supervising 5–10+ employees.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsabilidades
