Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop, or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 2+ years interpreting budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5–10+ employees.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across store, fuel, restaurant, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean facility and conduct safety checks.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, and merchandising.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, and cash integrity.
