Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a Director of Operations for a national home infusion pharmacy in Oklahoma City. This role leads branch and pharmacy operations including nursing, intake, revenue management, and business development.

You will oversee steriled compounding, pharmacy workflow, quality, and regulatory compliance, while monitoring P&L and cross-functional collaboration with nursing, intake, sales, and corporate leadership to drive patient care and growth.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma pharmacist license.
• BS in Pharmacy required; PharmD or MS preferred.
• Direct home infusion experience.
• Strong acute-care or hospital pharmacy experience.
• Sterile compounding and IV therapy knowledge.
• Pharmacy management or leadership experience.
• Knowledge of pharmacy compliance, accreditation, and quality standards.
