Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role.

- Lean Six Sigma or formal Continuous Improvement (CI) training is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Drive performance across safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Develop and refine process routings and work instructions.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing initiatives to eliminate waste.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for decision‑making.
- Coach and mentor production staff.
