Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an experienced ABA Operations Manager to lead the complete operations for the Chattanooga office. The role focuses on strategic planning, operational excellence, and driving quality care within a healthcare services setting.

Location is Chattanooga, TN with a salary range of $75,000–$85,000 annually plus a $25,000 annual bonus potential. Ideal for a strategic leader who can manage budgeting, recruitment, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in health service administration or public health/home health nursing.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory/administrative experience in home health care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fiscal planning, budgeting, and cost control to ensure staffing and resources.
• Proactively sell Maxim’s full range of services to clients, customers, and healthcare facilities.
• Build strong relationships with patients, referral sources, and healthcare professionals.
• Create and execute strategic business development plans.
• Develop and lead recruitment strategies for the office.
• Establish and maintain an ongoing Quality Improvement Program.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Promote achievement of clinical and operational metrics.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and compliance for qualified personnel.
• Manage patient care from referral through discharge in compliance with regulations.
• Provide ongoing development and growth opportunities for team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Provider Relations, or Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in health service administration or public health/home health nursing preferred
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care preferred
• Knowledge of home care requirements and third-party reimbursement
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Fluency in English required
