Job summary

Chick-fil-A Ashley Crossing and Chick-fil-A Bees Ferry in West Ashley are seeking an experienced operations leader to own and grow a high-standard program. You will train across positions, manage labor, safety, and quality, and advance through a development path from Team Member to Director.

This full-time role requires 45-50 hours per week, a nine-month onboarding, and a schedule that excludes Sundays. We offer health benefits, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and scholarship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Multiple years leading operations and the people who execute them.
• Experience owning numbers—labor, cost, throughput, quality, safety, or a P&L.
• You've led people to execute, not just filled a schedule.
• A high standard for your own work, and the humility to be coached toward a higher one.
• Someone who treats every person - guest, teammate, vendor - with dignity.

Responsibilities

• You'll run shifts, deploy staff against a labor plan, hold food safety and food quality standards, and develop the team members and team leaders on your shifts.
• As you progress, you'll take ownership of a defined area of the business - scheduling, inventory, drive‑through, or catering among them.
• Our development path runs Team Member to Team Leader to Coordinator to Director.
