Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced guest-focused environment.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Self-directed and driven leader with integrity and adaptability.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn and lead.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Chick-fil-A standards, policies and values daily.
• Influence team growth through training, coaching and evaluations.
• Attend leadership development classes and opportunities.
• Complete manager checklists daily.
• Be available to work 3 open/close shifts per week.
• Coach at least 3 emerging leaders daily with monthly 1:1s.
