This hands-on role emphasizes execution, leadership, and continuous improvement, with responsibility for workflows, team development, CRM optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to support growth and service standards.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of operations, office management, or practice management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Financial services or wealth management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage workflows and team accountability.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• Develop, implement, and refine workflows and operational procedures.
• Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement solutions.
• Conduct performance and accountability conversations with staff.
• Partner with advisors to align execution with business objectives.
• Drive adoption and effective use of CRM and operational systems.
• Establish structure and operational consistency across the practice.
